I don't know if my question makes sense, but basically what do you write in that makes it easier when you go to publish? I always look forward to your words of wisdom, especially your year end advice. I haven't written as much this year, spending more time publishing and marketing, only to come to the same conclusion. Time to rebalance, continuing with a little marketing to keep a presence, but focus on writing again. I've met many wonderful and supportive friends in the writing world, yourself included. As such, my goal is to make this not only my most productive writing year so far, but my most fun as well. Thanks for all you've done for me, and for writers everywhere.
SilasAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07504475401820135087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11291165.post-43930225339083430142015-12-29T11:16:41.189-06:002015-12-29T11:16:41.189-06:00Thanks, Joe. Now I have over 28 novels published and have started gathering a nice readership. I also have received positive review by Joe Konrath and Hugh Howey. The great Joe R. Lansdale is now reading my Horror/Comedy novel Pizza Man. The great Joe Bob Briggs from AMC's Monstervision is doing a book review for Pizza Man. Because of Joe's help I made friends with Tom Schreck author of several great novels with the protagonist Duffy Dombraski. Tom introduced me to his agent who read my material and forwarded it to her colleague, major players in the literary world in NYC. Also my current Thriller/Horror novel, Repoing the Dead has been read by a colleague of Joe's agent and liked the first three chapters well enough that he wants to read the rest once its finished. I wouldn't be this far along without self-publishing. I still work a full time gig but 2016 will be the year that I quit working full time and start publishing full-time. Good luck everyone!
BRYAN HIGBYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01126595775432851053noreply@blogger.com
