Where's Konrath? Blog Tour Day #25

To promote my horror novel, AFRAID, which debuts March 31, I'm appearing on different blogs every single day in March.

Please follow my daily journey, and broaden your blog-reading horizons.

It's a busy blog tour day, and I have over twenty more blogs I'll be appearing on in the upcoming week.

First, I'm over at April Henry's blog, So Many Books, So Little Time:

Then I'm visiting the Women of Mystery, answering questions I've never been asked before:

I pop over to Wayne Thomas Batson's blog, talking about suspense writing:

Then I hang out with my buddies over at The Outfit, where I provide one of my trademark JA Konrath rants. This one involves me giving you free copies of Afraid:

Finally, I talk about being a SAHD over at Dawn Meehan's blog, Because I Said So:

If you've wanted to host me on my blog tour, but haven't heard back, shoot me another email. I'm probably in the process of writing one for you, but it doesn't hurt to give me another reminder. In fact, bugging me will help ensure I get it done.

Sorry, I'm not a fan of horror novels, But I loved your blog entry on Dawn meehan's blog. Funny :)
Do you take out a second mortgage to pay your son's allowance? I hear the fed gov may be able to help subsidize. Maybe if we present the $900 monthly allowance as a new school program written in 1,463 pages it might get approved by congress.

I'm just pretending my son is the CEO of a multibillion dollar bank, so he'll get some bailout money.

I came over via Dawn too! Just saying hi & your guide was a great read, hard to find the line between neglect & self sufficiency I find as a parent

The post at Dawn Meehan's blog was hilarious. I do suspect that the photo of her youngest covered in chocolate was staged though. Where was all the chocolate that should have been in her hair and up her nostrils I'd like to know?

One of the interview intros during the tour said you had 3 kids and 3 dogs.

Were they right on either point?

The mustache you gave your eleven year old so he could drive the car was great. Is he tall for his age or does he use a telephone book to see over the steering wheel?
Glad to see you haven't run out of material.
Thanks!
Karen

Hi Joe, I am a regular reader of Dawn's blog and LOVED your post! I got a good laugh out of your response to my comment (pasted in here, so you know what I am referring to)

LOL!!! SO Great to meet your friend! I needed a good laugh this morning, Thank You! :)
I'll need to go check out his books, now, too.

@ luwanna3 - I suggest stealing my books from the library. You get them for free, then the library has to buy a replacement copy. Win win.

A friend of mine from work thought you may laugh at the irony of where I spend much of my time.
I am a teacher's aid at an Elementary school and I spend a good amount of my time in the library. :) However, we do not carry your books, so I'll have to try out your scenario at the public library.
and my friend that suggested I write to you is the Librarian at the school and she thinks you are hilarious.
Thanks for the laughs :D
